Inter-School/Course Transfer for 2022/2023 Academic Year

The office of the DVC Academics, Research, Extension & Student Affairs, informs those first year students 2022/2023 interested in transferring from one programme to another may do so. The application process will be open as from Tuesday, 30th August 2022 to Wednesday, 7th September 2022 midnight. Before making an application, students are advised to confirm whether they meet the application requirements by checking their KUCCPS cluster points in their KUCCPS portal.

Application for course/programme transfer is done via the student's portal (https://portal.mu.ac.ke) under the Academics tab. In the transfer request, students are required to attach the following documents:

    1. KCSE Results slip

    2. Printout/Screenshot of KUCCPS Weighted cluster points as it appears in your KUCCPS student portal

Note: Once the inter-programme transfer is successful it will not be reversible. That you can only transfer once.
