1. Visit the Student Portal at portal.mu.ac.ke.
2. Enter your Registration Number as your username.
3. Enter your account password and click Login.

E-Learning Portal Steps:

1. Go to the MUSOMI platform at https://elearning.mu.ac.ke/.
2. Click the Login button at the top right corner.
3. Enter your Username (Registration Number for students / Staff ID for lecturers) and your password.
4. Access your course modules, virtual lectures, assignments, and CATs on your dashboard.

Self-Service & Helpdesk Support:

• MUSOMI E-Learning Reset: Visit the MUSOMI E-Learning Platform, click "Login", then click "Forgotten your username or password?". Enter either your Username(Registration Number for students / Staff ID for lecturers) or your official Student/Staff Email Address under the respective search box, and click Search. If your account is found in the database, password reset instructions will be sent immediately to your university email.

Student Mail (Google Workspace):

1. Visit Google Mail at https://mail.google.com/.
2. Enter your full student email address (e.g., username@students.mu.ac.ke).
3. Enter your password to access your mailbox.

Connecting Steps:

1. Turn on Wi-Fi on your laptop or mobile device while on campus.
2. Select the official Moi University Wi-Fi network: Campus hotspot or Campus Wifi
3. For configuration assistance, visit our ICT Helpdesk or walk in to the nearest campus ICT office.

Self-Service & Helpdesk Support:

• On the Student Portal, click "Forgot your password?", enter your Registration Number, and click Reset. Check your student email for the reset instructions.
